AURORA (January 15, 2010) Two prominent pro-life groups have endorsed Chris Lauzen as their choice for the Republican candidate to best represent the 25th district in the Illinois State Senate in the February 2, 2010 primary election.

The Illinois Federation for Right to Life PAC said, "Not only has Mr. Lauzen expressed a desire to protect unborn children, but he has also indicated his support for the disabled as well as those endangered at the end of life." The Eagle Forum of Illinois stated,"Various Eagle forum leaders in our state have examined the credentials and positions of the candidates seeking this nomination and have easily concluded that Chris Lauzen would best serve the people in the office he seeks. Here is a principled public official the voters can trust."
