Chris Gardner, world renowned speaker, entrepreneur, and #1 New York Times best-selling author will share his inspiring story of overcoming obstacles and breaking cycles as chronicled in the book and film The Pursuit of Happyness. Few stories are as inspiring and moving as Chris Gardner's rise from homelessness to become the owner and CEO of Gardner Rich LLC, the bestselling author of the autobiography The Pursuit of Happyness, and inspiration for the movie of the same name starring Will Smith in the role of Chris Gardner.

"Christopher Gardner and the Pursuit of Happyness" will be presented on Sunday, January 10, 2010 at 4:30 pm at the Paramount Arts Centre, 23 E. Galena Blvd., Aurora, IL. This outstanding program is presented by State Senator Chris Lauzen to benefit the Fox Valley United Way. "This gift to our community has come along at just the right time. Chris Gardner will hold a book signing immediately following his keynote speech. His books will also be for sale the day of the event.
