GENERAL ASSEMBLY SCHOLARSHIP The General Assembly Public Affairs Scholarship Program is administered in accordance with the provisions of Section 30-9 of the School Code of Illinois. This program allows each member of the Illinois General Assembly to award scholarships to students who have been active in public and civic affairs and who have need of scholarship assistance.
